The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Office of Federal Affairs represents the University and advocates on its behalf before the U.S. Congress, the Administration, and national higher education organizations.
The Office of Federal Affairs (OFA) assists campus leaders, students and faculty in identifying opportunities and working to secure federal research support. The Office of Federal Affairs is the primary liaison between the University and the U.S. Congress and Administration. OFA facilitates the development, implementation, and advocacy of the University’s federal agenda.
